Crescent Farm in Clinton, SC is run by Margie Levine and her daughter and son-in-law, Holly and Jon. They are a USDA Certified Organic Farm, growing a variety of vegetables. They are also newly GAP certified for their sweet potatoes, showing commitment to food safety. Originally from Vermont, Margie managed organic farms in New England. Her work included the management of an organic farm feeding into a local high school and led to her teaching classes to students. Both Holly and Jon work in Forestry - Holly as the Environmental Program Manager for the SC Forestry Commission. True advocates of local agriculture, their products reflect their values of consumer health and the environment.
